Awarded a 3* English Tourist Board rating, “Sea Echoes” is a well presented, ground floor apartment, wonderfully situated in the popular seaside village of Porthtowan, only a minute’s level walk to the beach. Perfectly located for surfers, coastal walkers and beach-goers.

The accommodation comprises:
- Entrance hall separating one double bedded room with wardrobes/drawers and one compact bunk-bedded box-room.
- Newly-fitted bathroom that has bath with electric shower over, washbasin and WC.
- Open plan lounge/modern kitchen, with wooden laminate flooring. A comfortably furnished lounge area (with double sofa-bed for extra sleeping), armchairs, colour TV (with Sky Freesat)/DVD/VCR and radio/CD player.
- The kitchen has a range of modern units and is fully equipped with full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. All cooking equipment and crockery, cutlery, glasses etc are provided for 6 people.
- Conservatory/dining room off the lounge, with modern glass dining table and 6 chairs, giving lovely sea and dune views beyond the car-park.
Outside beyond the conservatory there is a garden with table and benches - a wonderful place to sit under the palm tree and watch the sun set into the sea - stunning! A kettle BBQ is also supplied. A pay-phone is installed for the convenience of guests and Wireless Broadband is also available for guests with laptops. Bed linen, a handtowel and a teatowel are provided (guests must provide their own bath and beach towels).
Electricity is rechargeable by key meter (it is credited with ~£10 on arrival and guests are asked to replenish any electricity used before departure – this can be done in the local shop or post office).
A clean, well behaved pet is acceptable.

There are two private parking spaces immediately behind the property.There are also lovely sea views from the garden, at certain times of the year providing the breath-taking sight of the sun setting into the sea.
