“Sea Haven” is a well presented, first floor apartment, wonderfully situated in the popular seaside village of Porthtowan, only a minute’s level walk to the beach. Perfectly located for surfers, coastal walkers and beach-goers.
The property is accessed at the back via a set of wooden steps and small balcony.
The accommodation comprises:
- Entrance hall separating a small travertine tiled entrance/computer area and a double bedded room with wardrobes/drawers.
- Modern bathroom that has a luxurious spa-bath, with electric shower over, washbasin and WC.
- Open plan lounge/kitchen, with a mixture of carpet and tiling. A comfortably furnished lounge area, with a 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater sofa, colour TV (with Sky Freesat) and DVD/VCR. Fantastic sea views beyond the car park from the lounge and kitchen.
- The kitchen has a range of modern units and is fully equipped with full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. Lots of cooking equipment and crockery, cutlery, glasses etc provided.
- Staircase off the hall leading up to recently converted loft space providing light and modern master double bedroom with small ensuite (WC and washbasin). LCD TV. This lovely room has large velux windows giving lovely sea and dune views beyond the car park.
Feel like you are on holiday by watching the sun set into the sea without having to leave the sofa - stunning!
