Sea Haven
Availability Calendar and Tariff not applicable to "Sea Haven" at the moment as property is currently long-let.
NB: IMPORTANT NOTES
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Electricity is rechargeable by key meter (it is credited with £10 on arrival and guests are asked to replenish any electricity used before departure this can be done in the local shop or post office).
* Security Deposit of £100 required at time of booking, refundable within 10 days of departure if all in order.
* If booking made prior to 8 weeks of the letting - 25% of the rental sum to be forwarded as Holiday Deposit (together with the Security Deposit).
* If booking made within 8 weeks of the letting - whole of the rental sum required (+ Security Deposit).
*Should payment not be received when requested, your booking may be cancelled and the Holiday Deposit lost. Your Security Deposit of £100 will be returned.
*Cancellations: up to 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday a cancellation will result in the forfeit of the Holiday Deposit. Cancellations less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday will result in the forfeit of the total rental fee. In both cases the Security Deposit will be returned in full. If the apartment can be re-let at this short notice, the rental will be returned minus the Holiday Deposit.
